Fitnuff - The number of exercise sessions that are done per week is called the frequency. The Surgeon General recommends that we exercise "30 minutes or more of moderate-intensity physical activity on all, or most, days of the week." This is best accomplished by aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise is an activity that is continuous, raises your heart rate above normal, and uses the large muscle groups of the body.
